Location was great! Easy commute back and forth to/from Va Tech (straight shot); Good area for shopping and eateries; Staff was friendly, attentive, and helpful; "Rupert" (-I think is the name) at front desk was genuinely nice and friendly. Rooms were clean and comfortable

The room was nice and clean, the view from our room was wonderful. So far are stay at this location has been amazing. It's location is right near the walking trail, which my mom and I love because we love to get out on beautiful days and walk and enjoy nature. Staff is amazing!!!

Very comfortable beds, room was clean, super friendly staff. The restaurant food was delicious and huge portions. Breakfast was delicious!! There was an issue with the drain in the bathroom sink and were prompt to fix it and then gave us a 10.00 voucher for the hotel restaurant.

Sunday breakfast was one of the better hotel breakfast offerings, but the biscuits weren't fully baked.

We were upgraded to a King suite for free (for no particular reason). That was very nice of the staff to do so.

I liked the breakfast buffet. We stayed in the Handicap room 217 i believe. It was very nice and beneficial for my elderly father
